Processing & Handling
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time: This is the time taken to pack and prepare your Nutri Mix or food products for dispatch from our facility.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and your delivery pin code. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Missing Items
